Upcoming Event Microsoft 365 Community Conference 2026
April 21–23, 2026 — Orlando, Florida
The Microsoft 365 Community Conference is one of the largest community-driven events focused on the Microsoft ecosystem, bringing together developers, IT professionals, architects, and business leaders who build and manage solutions on Microsoft 365. The 2026 conference will take place April 21–23 in Orlando, with additional pre- and post-conference workshops scheduled April 19–20 and April 24 for deeper technical training.
The event features more than 200 sessions, workshops, and interactive discussions led by Microsoft engineers, product managers, MVPs, and industry practitioners. Key topics include enterprise collaboration, Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI-powered productivity, Teams and SharePoint development, security and governance, and the Power Platform ecosystem. Attendees gain direct access to product teams responsible for building Microsoft 365 services, creating rare opportunities to ask questions, share feedback, and influence product roadmaps.
Hands-on learning is a major focus of the conference. Twenty-plus in-depth workshops provide practical training on deploying Copilot, developing custom agents with Copilot Studio, optimizing enterprise collaboration environments, and implementing governance strategies for AI-driven workflows. These sessions allow participants to experiment with real Microsoft environments and apply best practices they can immediately implement within their organizations.
The conference also emphasizes community and networking. Attendees can participate in Ask-the-Experts sessions, meet-ups with Microsoft MVPs, community panels, and special events such as the Women in Tech & Allies Luncheon. With hundreds of Microsoft engineers and product leaders onsite, the event has become one of the most important annual gatherings for professionals shaping the future of AI-powered workplace collaboration.
